The importance of user feedback in design

I recently revamped a checkout process for an online store and decided to involve real users in testing — it was eye-opening to see how small tweaks, based on their feedback, significantly improved the flow. Has anyone else experienced similar results after making user-driven changes?

User testing really can uncover surprising insights! I’ve seen just a few feedback-driven tweaks completely change my checkout rates. Have you tried A/B testing specific changes after gathering feedback?
